St. Lawrence Valley Paddlers
Run-Paddle-Run Duathlons
2026 Dates: Wednesday, June 17th, July 15th, August 19th
Run-Paddle-Run Duathlons are held on the third Wednesday of June, July and August on the Little River in Canton, NY, adjacent to the campus of St. Lawrence University. The duathlon consists of a 1.25 mile run, a 1.25 mile paddle followed by another 1.25 mile run. The start and finish line is located near the Little River Boat Launch at the Park Street (CR 27) Bridge. Teams consisting of paddlers and runners, or solo participants are welcome. Race registration is free and opens at 5:30 p.m. The duathlons begin at 6:30 p.m.
