SLVP Raffle: The club's season long fundraiser is a raffle, culminating in a drawing at the annual banquet.
Raffle tickets are on sale all season at SLVP events and other events in the area for $1 each or 6 for $5.

The first place prize in the raffle is a Newman designed solo canoe, the "Peeper" canoe from GRB Newman Designs. The Peeper is designed specifically for recreational use. Whether it’s scouting streams, winding creeks, or navigating those obscure Adirondack lakes the peeper will take you there. Weighing in at 15 pounds (less than two gallons of water) makes this boat easy to manage out of the water but combined with its maneuverability and stability this boat ideal for beginner paddlers. The Peeper is a fun boat to paddle no matter your level of experience.
